Price, Ashmore & Beasley, P.A.

Mr. Price was born in Greenville, South Carolina on December 24, 1949.  He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1972 and received  his Juris Doctorate degree from University of South Carolina School of Law in 1975. 

Mr. Price started his legal career as an assistant prosecutor in 1976.  In 1979 he hung out his shingle as a sole practitioner practicing primarily criminal defense law.  In the year 2000 he formed the law firm of Price, Paschal and Ashmore, P.A., and he is now the senior partner of  Price, Ashmore & Beasley, P.A.

Mr. Price practices in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the bar associations of
South Carolina and New York. He is a founding member of South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as well as a Life Member in the National Association of the Criminal Defense Lawyers. In addition, he is a member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, New York Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

In 2001 Mr. Price organized and was the first President of Greenville Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

In 1999, Mr. Price was the recipient of the prestigious Public Citizen Award awarded by the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association.

In 2005 Mr. Price served as President of the Greenville County Bar Association.

Mr. Price has an "AV" rating with Martindale- Hubbell.
