We have over 60 years of combined experience with practice in all courts with an emphasis in litigation in both criminal and civil courts. Our practice includes criminal defense, personal injury. business law, and domestic relations. Three of our firm members are rated "AV" in Martindale-Hubbell (the nation's premier legal directory) which is a peer review rating system and indicates the highest possible rank in legal ability and ethical standards. Three of our members are lifetime members of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. One member is a former Assistant United States Attorney and two are former State prosecutors. Joe Watson serves of counsel to the firm. He was the Solicitor (head prosecutor) in Greenville County for thirteen years and a State Court Circuit Judge for five years.
